Program

BookCrew (BOOK CREW LLC) provides appointment scheduling for small service businesses. When a customer books an appointment with a business that uses BookCrew, that business sends transactional SMS — booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and cancellation notices — through BookCrew. These are not marketing messages.

How customers opt in

Opt-in happens on the public booking page of a business that uses BookCrew, hosted at getbookcrew.com. The customer selects a service and time, then enters their name, email, and mobile phone number. When the customer submits a booking, the booking form displays the following consent disclosure directly above the submit button:

"By submitting a booking, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages (booking confirmations and appointment reminders) from the business you are booking with, sent through BookCrew, at the number provided. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (typically 2–4 messages per appointment). Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Terms and Privacy Policy."

The customer provides express consent by submitting the booking form. The consent disclosure is not pre-checked or pre-filled. Consent applies only to transactional appointment messages from the specific business booked.

Message frequency & rates

Customers receive approximately 2 to 4 messages per appointment (a booking confirmation and one or more reminders). Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out & help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected].

Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in are never shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions.
